When you use our “Book a Strategy Call” form or contact us via email, we collect:
- Identity Data: Name, Surname.
- Contact Data: Email address, Phone number (optional).
- Business Data: Company name, project details, and any other information you voluntarily provide in the message field.
Legal Basis: Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
B. Data Collected Automatically (Cookies & Technical Data)
When you browse our Website, our servers and analytics tools automatically record:
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system.
- Usage Data: Which pages you visit, how long you stay, and the links you click.
Legal Basis:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the Website functions securely.

C. Security and Anti-Bot Data (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms and pages from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile runs in the background without requiring you to solve a visual puzzle, which means it may operate without any visible indication on screen.
When you interact with the Website, Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser type (User-Agent), TLS and browser configuration, and the identifier and origin of the page being loaded. Cloudflare cannot directly identify you from these signals, and they are not used for advertising or profiling.

Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to secure the Website, verify that visitors are human, and prevent spam and abuse of our contact forms.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries: Replying to your messages or scheduling strategy calls.
- To maintain Website security: Verifying that visitors are human, and preventing fraud, spam, and technical attacks.
- To analyze Website performance: Understanding which case studies or articles are most popular so we can improve our content (only if you consent to analytics).
We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Who Has Access to Your Data (Processors)?
To run our Website efficiently and securely, we use trusted third-party service providers (Data Processors). We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with them to ensure your data is secure.

6. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to help the Website function or to track its performance.
A. Strictly Necessary Cookies

This category includes cookies set by our anti-bot protection, Cloudflare Turnstile (for example __cf_bm and cf_clearance). Because these are essential to the security of the Website, they are set without consent and cannot be disabled.
B. Analytics Cookies

7. Data Retention
- Contact Form Data: Kept for 5 years after our last communication or the end of our business relationship, to maintain business records and facilitate future projects.
- Analytics Data: Retained by Google Analytics for 14 months before being automatically deleted.
- Security and Anti-Bot Data: Processed by Cloudflare only for the short period necessary to complete the verification and to protect the Website against abuse. Retention periods are governed by Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and ZVOP-2, you have the right to:
- Access your data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (“Right to be forgotten”).
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent for cookies at any time.
